We recommend using JPEG for your uploads as this file type is generally more data-efficient whilst maintaining excellent quality.

Once you have filled in your details and chosen your image to upload please click on the submit button below. Depending on the upload speed and file size this should take under a minute to complete and then you will see a confirmation message below the submit button and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided.

Using your mobile to get a damaged photo restoration quote

Your pictures are of value to you and your family so getting a quote without sending the original in the post really does make a lot of sense, just follow the steps below.

  1. On your mobile phone open a browser and enter www.markhaysom.co.uk.

  2. Open the Menu and select Restoration then Customer Image Upload.

  3. Fill in your First and Last Name along with your Email address.

  4. Click on + Select File To Upload.

  5.  Select the camera.

  6. Take a picture of the picture (include all the picture) when happy press okay.

  7. Your will return to the website, just press Submit.

  8. Wait a few seconds for the "Upload completed, thank you" message.

  9. That's it all done, you will receive a confirmation email.
